Adding an item
Use Add in the bottom menu (or the + button).
From a template (recommended)
- Pick a category (Home, Car, Health, ...)
- Tap "Add" on the item you want
- Review and tap "Save" (the cycle can be changed freely)
Manually
Use the "Manual" tab to set a category, title, and cycle yourself.
💡 The "Photos" field lets you attach multiple photos - the product, its model number, a page from the manual, etc. (take a new one or pick from your library). When a reminder comes up, a glance at the photo tells you exactly what to grab.
Schedule types

Home screen
- Switch between Day / Week / Month views (your last choice is remembered)
- Swipe left/right, or use the ‹ › buttons, to move between periods
- The "Today" button always brings you back to today
- Overdue items are pinned to the top in every view
- In Month view, tap a date to see that day's items below the calendar
Item cards

💡 Skip records "not this time" and advances to the next cycle. It doesn't count toward your done total.
List & Search
- List: every item, sorted by nearest due date
- Search: find items by title, category, or notes
Reminders
You'll be notified when something is coming up.
- Timing is configurable per item (same day / 1 day / 3 days / 7 days before)
- The notification time of day can be changed in Settings (default 9:00)
- You'll be asked for notification permission on first launch. If you declined, enable it in your device settings
Backup & switching phones
- Settings → "Export data" → "Save ZIP" (choose any destination from the share sheet - Drive, email, etc.)
- Install the app on the new device
- Settings → "Import data" → "Load ZIP" to restore
💡 The backup bundles your photos too, so they survive a phone switch along with everything else.
⚠️ Restoring replaces whatever is currently on the device with the backed-up state (anything added after the backup was made will be gone). Uninstalling the app deletes its data, so always export before switching phones.
FAQ
Q. I'm not getting notifications
Check that notifications are allowed for this app in your device settings. Some devices also delay notifications due to battery-saver settings.
Q. I tapped "Done" by mistake
Use "Undo" at the bottom of the screen right after. Later, open the item's details and delete the history entry.
Q. Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Everything is stored only on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
